How do I place an order?
Simply choose the desired piece on the website, add it to the cart, and complete checkout by following the indicated steps. After payment confirmation, you will receive an email with the order details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If personalisation has not yet started, you may request changes or cancellation through our support contact. Once personalisation has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

Are all pieces personalised?
ADON pieces are created to order, making each piece of jewellery unique.
How long does production take?
Production time may vary depending on the type of piece and the personalisation process. Where applicable, the customer will be informed of the estimated timeframe.

The available payment methods are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
Are payments secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through certified, secure platforms.
Shipping and delivery
Is shipping charged?
No. ADON offers free shipping to all destinations.
How long does delivery take?
After the order is dispatched:
• Portugal: 1 to 3 business days
• European Union: 3 to 7 business days
• Other countries: 5 to 10 business days
Can I track my order?
Yes. After dispatch, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with the tracking code.
Care and durability
Can the jewellery get wet?
ADON pieces are protected with a high-quality resin layer that helps protect the encapsulated DNA. However, we recommend avoiding frequent contact with water, perfumes, detergents, or chemical products to preserve the piece over time.
Can the resin deteriorate over time?
The resin used is durable and designed to protect the encapsulated DNA. As with any piece of jewellery, daily wear can cause natural wear over the years, so we recommend following the care instructions on the jewellery maintenance page.
Can I shower with the jewellery?
It is not recommended. Despite the existing protection, frequent contact with water, soaps, and shampoos may reduce the durability and shine of the piece.
Can I go to the pool or the sea with the jewellery?
We do not recommend it. Chlorine and salt can accelerate the wear of the metals and resin over time.
Can the DNA disappear or be lost?
No. The DNA is protected and encapsulated inside the piece. With proper care, it will remain preserved.
Can the resin scratch?
Like any polished surface, the resin may develop micro-scratches with daily use. Avoiding impacts and storing the piece separately helps maintain its finish.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Personalised products cannot be returned once personalisation has begun. For more information, please refer to the Returns and Refunds Policy.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
You should contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and provide a solution.
