Each ADON piece is custom-made. For this reason, the delivery process includes the production time for the piece and secure shipping to you.

After payment confirmation, the order enters the preparation and production process.
Orders are validated after payment confirmation
Production time may vary depending on the type of personalisation
Where applicable, the customer will be informed of the estimated production timeframe
Each piece is carefully prepared before shipping.
🚚 Free shipping
ADON offers free shipping to all destinations.
The final amount shown at checkout already includes shipping, with no additional delivery charges.
🚚 Delivery times after dispatch
Average transit times:
Portugal: 1 to 3 business days
European Union: 3 to 7 business days
Other countries: 5 to 10 business days
Timeframes may vary during periods of higher demand or for reasons beyond the carrier’s control.
🌍 International shipping
We ship to several countries.
For deliveries outside the European Union, the following may apply:

local charges
These costs are set by the authorities in the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
🔎 Track your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking code, allowing you to follow the delivery in real time.

ADON is responsible for the order until the moment of delivery.
