1. Introduction<\/b><\/h3>

At ADON, customer satisfaction is a priority. This Returns and Refunds Policy establishes the conditions applicable to the return of products purchased through our website, in accordance with Portuguese and European Union legislation in force. <\/span><\/p>

We recommend reading this policy carefully before making a purchase.<\/span><\/p>

2. Right of Withdrawal<\/b><\/h3>

2.1 Non-personalized products<\/strong><\/p>

Under Decree-Law No. 24\/2014, customers have the right of withdrawal within <\/span>14 days<\/b> from the date of receipt of the products, provided they are <\/span>not personalized<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

For a return to be accepted, products must:<\/span><\/p>

  • Be in perfect condition, without signs of use, wear, or damage;<\/span><\/li>
  • Be returned in their original packaging;<\/span><\/li>
  • Include all certificates of authenticity, documents, and accessories;<\/span><\/li>
  • Be accompanied by the respective proof of purchase.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    2.2 Exclusions from the right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

    The right of withdrawal <\/span>does not apply<\/b> to the following cases:<\/span><\/p>

    • Personalized products or products made to the customer’s specific order;<\/span><\/li>
    • ADON products that incorporate personalization processes associated with DNA or other unique and irreversible elements;<\/span><\/li>
    • Products whose personalization has been initiated after order confirmation;<\/span><\/li>
    • Products damaged by improper use, negligence, or incorrect handling.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      These exclusions are provided for in applicable legislation, namely in Article 17 of Decree-Law No. 24\/2014.<\/span><\/p>

      3. Return Procedure<\/b><\/h3>

      3.1 Prior contact<\/strong><\/p>

      Before making any return, customers must contact ADON’s customer support service, providing:<\/span><\/p>

      • Order number;<\/span><\/li>
      • Reason for return.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        3.2 Product shipment<\/strong><\/p>

        After confirmation from ADON, the product must be sent to the following address:<\/span><\/p>

        Except in cases of error attributable to ADON (incorrect or defective product), <\/span>return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

        4. Refunds<\/b><\/h3>

        4.1 Return assessment<\/b><\/p>

        Upon receipt of the returned product, ADON will proceed with its verification. The customer will be notified by email regarding the acceptance or rejection of the refund. <\/span><\/p>

        4.2 Method and timeframe for refund<\/b><\/p>

        When approved, the refund will be processed using the <\/span>same payment method used for the purchase<\/b>, within a maximum of <\/span>10 business days<\/b> after validation of the return.<\/span><\/p>

        4.3 Refunds not received<\/b><\/p>

        If the refund is not visible within the indicated timeframe, we recommend:<\/span><\/p>

        1. Checking your bank account or statement again;<\/span><\/li>
        2. Contacting the card issuer or payment provider;<\/span><\/li>

          5. Exchanges<\/b><\/h3>

          ADON only processes exchanges in cases of <\/span>defective or damaged products<\/b>.<\/span><\/span>Should this situation occur, customers must contact us in advance for assessment and additional instructions.<\/span><\/p>
