This Shipping Policy aims to provide clear and transparent information on the conditions for processing, shipping, delivery, and tracking of orders placed through the ADON website, in accordance with the applicable legislation in Portugal and the European Union.<\/span><\/p>

After the purchase is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order details.<\/span><\/p>

      4.1 Deliveries in Portugal and the European Union<\/b><\/p>

      After the order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is generally <\/span>5 to 7 business days<\/b>, depending on the destination and the carrier.<\/span><\/p>

      4.2 Maximum legal timeframe<\/b><\/p>

      Under European Union legislation, the maximum delivery timeframe is <\/span>30 days<\/b> from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed between ADON and the customer.<\/span><\/p>

      Delays may occur for reasons beyond ADON\u2019s control, namely:<\/span><\/p>

      • Strikes or logistical constraints;<\/span>

      • Incidents attributable to the carrier.<\/span>

        ADON does not guarantee exact delivery dates; however, it undertakes to monitor and support the customer in the event of a delay.<\/span><\/p>

        5. Responsibility for Delivery<\/b><\/h3>

        In accordance with consumer protection legislation:<\/span><\/p>

        • The risk of loss or damage to the products remains ADON\u2019s responsibility until the goods are physically delivered to the customer;<\/span>

        • After confirmed delivery, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.<\/span>

          6. Order Tracking<\/b><\/h3>

          As soon as the order is dispatched, the customer will receive an email with tracking information, allowing them to follow the delivery status with the carrier.<\/span><\/p>

          • For shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applicable in the destination country.<\/span>

            The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and complete.<\/span><\/p>

            • ADON is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses;<\/span>

            • If the order is returned for this reason, payment of new shipping costs for reshipment may be required.<\/span>

              Please note that, under the applicable legislation, <\/span>customised products<\/b>, including ADON products associated with DNA personalisation processes, <\/span>are not eligible for the right of withdrawal<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>
